Started in 1989 as residential mortgage broker, became a mortgage banker, employing as many as 65 people, licensed in 20 states with 5 locations. In 2000, Gelt Business Credit opened as a direct lender specializing in commercial and investor mortgages. Jack has a vast amount of experience investing and developing residential, commercial and industrial real estate.

Uri Shoham, Chief Financial Officer of Gelt Holdings Corp.

He is one of the founding members of the Sigma Funding Group LLC and of Gelt Properties LLC and of the Company (The Gelt-Sigma Group) in 1998. Prior to joining the Gelt Sigma Group, between 1967- 1998, Uri has served as CFO for several companies in the United States and Israel. Uri had graduated from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, Israel with a diploma in Accounting and Auditing. Mr. Shoham is a certified Public Accountant in both Israel and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Uri served in the Israeli Military from 1960-1963 and moved with his family to the United States in November, 1977.

Ari started at Gelt Financial in 1993 and has been head of production since 1996. Among Ari’s many duties is the development of www.GeltFinancial.com. Ari has experience investing and developing residential, commercial and industrial real estate. In 1996, Ari received his bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Temple University.
